I’m Vikki Devolites, founder of Veronis Consulting. After two decades leading programs for the federal government, FinTech, computer hardware, GovTech, and cloud consulting organizations, I launched Veronis to share what I’ve learned about driving clarity, reducing friction, and aligning product delivery with business value.
