  • Can you coach or mentor our internal program leads?

    Yes. I often work alongside internal PMs to help up-level their delivery mindset, stakeholder management, or confidence in navigating ambiguity. Happy to coach as part of an engagement or separately.

  • Can you work inside our existing frameworks (Agile, SAFe, PMO, etc.)?

    Absolutely. I’m fluent in waterfall, agile, and hybrid. I bring structure without being rigid — and I won’t bulldoze your existing team or tools just to “do it my way.”

  • Are you hands-on, or more advisory?

    Both — depending on what you need. I can offer executive-level strategy, help you restructure delivery teams, or embed temporarily to stabilize a critical program. My default mode is “partner,” not “passenger.”

  • Do you only work with executives?

    I work across levels, but most of my engagements start at the leadership level — because alignment starts at the top. That said, I’m comfortable working directly with delivery teams, product managers, or cross-functional groups when needed.

  • Do you offer risk management services?

    Yes — and not just the checkbox kind. I’ve taught enterprise risk for federal clients and specialize in helping teams talk about risk in a way that’s actually useful. If your program feels like it’s headed for icebergs no one will name, I can help map the waters.

  • Can you help us figure out what’s actually going on?

    Yes. I’m especially good at diagnosing the real problem under the surface noise. If your team is saying one thing, your metrics say another, and your delivery is stalled — I can help untangle it and find the signal in the chaos.
