For smaller projects, baseline deliveries from us include project audits and reports with recommendation for next steps and alterations. All the way to large projects that include things such as digital transformation projects that include full PM management.

We have three monthly retainer options.

Advisory: executive level advice, check ins, and overall availability for calls

Fractional: active program management and leading teams

Full retainer: basically an outsourced program manager
